At Melrose Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
